When you order, please select or inform us whether you want EXPRESS POST or STANDARD POST.
1. When you choose Express Post and you are in EXPRESS POST ZONE, Next-Day Express delivery is guaranteed.

2. When you choose Express Post and you are NOT in EXPRESS POST ZONE, 2-3 days delivery will apply. However, EXPRESS POST method does not apply to C.O.D. There is no Express for C.O.D


While Tattoo Direct tries to have items listed on the website in-stock at all times, there are times however when we run out of stock and do not have the good(s) you ordered. If this is the case your item will be put on BACKORDER. Tattoo Direct will then ship out the good(s) at its cost once received into stock.

If you do not want to wait for an item to come into stock we will gladly replace the item for any other item of the same value or use the value towards the purchase of another item and you can pay the difference.

We can also provide a refund of funds for the item we are unable to supply.


We DO NOT guarantee if equipment sold has been misused or damaged in any way.
It's your responsibility to ensure that you can tattoo, have been trained adequately and know how to use the equipment purchased from the store.


If goods are damaged or destroyed during shipping we will replace the items.

As part of the replacement policy we will ask you to provide evidentiary evidence (photos).  These can be sent through to us at sales@tattoodirect.com.au.

In some circumstances we will ask for the goods to be returned.  We will either pay for the return shipping or get you to pay for the return shipping.  In cases where you are required to pay the return shipping we will refund the cost of shipping.  In these cases we will require you to provide a receipt or evidence as to the cost of the return shipping.

If you're a new customer and placing a large order or if our automated system flags an order we will perform an ID Verification & Fraud Protection check. 

The ID Verification & Fraud Protection check involves an additional charge being made to your card in Australian dollars between $0.01 cent and $1.00.  The charge will be less than a dollar and will be in cents.  You as the customer will be asked via email to confirm what the additional charge amount is in Australian dollars.  Once the correct charge amount is confirmed, the goods will be sent. 

If unable to confirm the additional charge amount, the ordered goods WILL NOT BE SENT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

The ID Verification & Fraud Protection process ensures that only authorised users of the card can place orders as only they can access the account to verify the charge made to the card by looking at the account online or by contacting their bank.

Charges will come up on your credit card under the name of TECHNIKAL AUSTRALIA.


There are no products that are sold on the website that Tattoo Direct are aware of, that are restricted for sale or cannot be exported from Australia to an overseas location. 

If you are outside of Australia / Overseas then you as the purchaser need to check with your countries import policies on what can an cannot be imported. 

If the products you are purchasing are not allowed to be imported into the country you have listed on the shipping address.  Tattoo Direct / Technikal Australia shall not be held responsible or liable for any costs, loss or forfeiture of goods that are incurred as a result of goods being denied entry, confiscated or incur additional costs and charges, and or require additional paperwork to be allowed into the country of shipping.
